Answers to popular questions
What’s the difference between ECHO Home and ECHO Commercial?
ECHO Home is free-play only, with no coin or bill acceptor. ECHO Commercial adds a bill validator, coin acceptor, and a secure bank so you can charge per play. Same screen, same 149 games — different payment setup.
Does it need internet to run?
No. ECHO is 100% offline. All 149 games are built in and run locally — no subscription, no streaming, no Wi-Fi required, so nothing stalls mid-shift.
What payment does it accept?
The bill validator accepts $1, $5, $10, and $20 bills with a 500-bill capacity, plus a quarter acceptor. Everything drops into a reinforced, key-locked bank built to protect your revenue.
Can I set my own pricing per play?
Yes. Credit value is fully flexible — set it per game, by category, or one value across all titles. A Free Play mode is included for promotions or private events.
How much space does it need?
ECHO is a compact tabletop machine — roughly 15" × 19.5" × 18.5". It sits on a bar top, counter, or table without taking over the surface or needing dedicated floor space.
Can I control the content shown at my venue?
Yes. A built-in bad-words filter keeps content family-friendly, you can enable or disable any title, and the Adult category can be locked with a physical key or disabled entirely.
Will it work for guests who don’t read English?
ECHO carries seven interface languages — English, Spanish, Italian, French, German, Polish, and Russian — switched from the interface itself. Set the one your room needs, and a guest can change it mid-visit without asking staff for help.
How loud is it, and can staff turn it down?
The audio is 25 watts across four speakers and a subwoofer, and the volume is adjustable on the unit. Bring it up so it carries over a full bar, or down so it does not compete with a dining room — it is a setting, not a fixed level.
Can two guests play at once?
Yes. Many titles run a two-player mode, and the 360° swivel base lets players on either side take the screen without anyone moving the machine. In practice that is two guests at one counter position, and two tabs instead of one.
What support and warranty come with it?
