Already own a JVL machine?

Start with warranty registration. It puts your serial number and purchase date on file, so support can help you faster instead of collecting the details over email. The serial number is on a metal sticker near the bottom of the unit, on the left or right side, and looks like CT10-XXXX-XXXXXX.
